DAY 1: SENAPAN ISLAND

After arriving at Sorong Airport, a short 20-minute transfer by private vehicle and tender brings you to Lamima. Once on board, we set off on a short cruise to Senapan Island, a tranquil haven surrounded by soft white sand and vibrant coral reef. The calm, clear waters offer excellent snorkeling and a chance to enjoy Lamima’s selection of watersports such as kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply swimming in the shallow lagoon. Divers can enjoy a gentle check-out dive along the reef. As evening falls, we begin our overnight cruise toward the Farondi Islands.

DAY 2: FARONDI

The Farondi Islands are a remote cluster of limestone islets known for their dramatic seascapes and rich underwater biodiversity. Divers will discover a vibrant world of colorful coral formations, sea fans, and marine life that thrives in these nutrient-rich waters. The terrain also offers hidden caves and swim-throughs for the more adventurous. For non-divers, the rugged coastline is ideal for exploration by kayak or paddleboard, with quiet coves and calm channels to discover at a relaxed pace. The natural beauty above and below the water makes Farondi a memorable highlight of the journey.

DAY 3 & 4: TOMOLOL

Tomolol is part of a maze of small limestone islands often referred to as the “Thousand Temples” for their majestic and spiritual presence. This area is home to one of Misool’s most spectacular caves, accessible only with permission from the local village and pearl farm security, as the route passes through a protected bay. The journey by tender takes about 25 minutes and leads to a stunning cave system that can be explored by swimming and snorkeling through crystal-clear waters.

The surrounding area offers a wide range of activities for all guests. Paddleboarding, kayaking, wakeboarding, and relaxed swimming in the calm bay are perfect for non-divers. For those diving, the waters here are exceptionally clear and dramatic, with steep walls, overhangs, and vibrant hard coral gardens teeming with marine life. Whether above or below the surface, Tomolol delivers a deep sense of wonder.

DAY 5: FAM ISLANDS

Fam Islands are known for their breathtaking viewpoints and hidden turquoise bays tucked among dramatic limestone formations. A short walk brings you to a panoramic lookout where the iconic landscape of Raja Ampat stretches in every direction—a perfect reward for a gentle morning hike. Just 10 minutes from the anchorage lies one of the region’s best sites for both snorkeling and diving, with shallow, crystal-clear waters and flourishing hard coral gardens.

Divers can explore Melissa’s Garden, a world-renowned site famed for its pristine coral, abundant reef fish, and easy conditions—ideal for long, leisurely dives. Non-divers can enjoy the same vibrant marine life by snorkeling or gliding over the reef on a kayak or paddleboard. The beauty of Fam is both above and below the surface, offering something extraordinary for every guest.

DAY 6: WOFOH

Wofoh is made up of two small, picturesque islands, each fringed by soft white sand and surrounded by calm, crystal-clear waters. It’s an ideal location to spend a relaxing day—perfect for paddleboarding or kayaking around the islands, swimming in the gentle shallows, or enjoying a barbecue set up on the beach.

For snorkelers, the waters reveal vibrant coral life just beneath the surface, while divers will find something truly unique. This is the only site in northern Raja Ampat where soft corals grow directly from the sand. The area also features colonies of rare black coral, swim-throughs in shallow reef, and the chance to spot wobbegong sharks and schooling fusiliers. Whether you’re exploring above or below the surface, Wofoh offers a peaceful and rewarding experience for everyone.

DAY 7 & 8: WAYAG ISLANDS

Wayag is the iconic heart of Raja Ampat, known for its towering limestone karsts and breathtaking panoramic views. A 25-minute hike takes you to one of the most spectacular viewpoints in Indonesia, overlooking a maze of emerald islets and turquoise lagoons. The surrounding area is filled with hidden coves, powdery white sand beaches, and calm waters perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, or swimming.

Guests can also visit the ranger station, where feeding Blacktip Reef Sharks is a memorable and interactive experience. A beach barbecue can be arranged for a relaxed evening under the stars. With so much natural beauty and variety, many find that two days in Wayag barely scratch the surface.

For divers, the underwater terrain is just as dramatic as the surface. Mushroom-shaped islands extend into walls and ridges beneath the sea, forming excellent dive sites. Currents allow for gentle drift dives along rich coral slopes, where sweetlips, groupers, and other reef fish are often spotted. Wayag is a destination where every guest, diver or not, finds something unforgettable.

DAY 9 & 10: BONI (NORTH WAIGEO)

North Waigeo is home to the best surf breaks in Raja Ampat, with ideal conditions from September through March. Between Manuran and Moni Islands, five distinct surf spots can be found within just 15 miles, offering consistent waves and sheltered anchorages for peaceful nights on board. The breaks here are remote and uncrowded, with only the occasional local kids joining in—adding a joyful and authentic touch to the experience.

When not surfing, guests can explore the scenic coastline by paddleboard or kayak, or visit the small village of Moni for a glimpse into local island life. The area’s raw natural beauty, absence of crowds, and welcoming community make North Waigeo an extraordinary and soulful stop, even for those not riding the waves.

DAY 11: KABUI BAY

Kabui Bay is a calm and sheltered area, perfect for enjoying a full range of watersports. The tranquil waters make it an ideal location for paddleboarding, kayaking, e-foiling, wakeboarding, and jet skiing. Snorkelers will find vibrant reef life just below the surface, and the peaceful setting is perfect for a relaxing swim or a slow glide along the jungle-fringed shoreline.

At the far end of the bay lies “The Passage,” a narrow, winding channel where the rainforest meets the sea in a dramatic convergence of land and water. The scenery here is breathtaking, with birds circling above and dense greenery rising from the water’s edge. Divers can explore this shallow but dynamic site, where strong currents support healthy coral growth, schools of bumphead parrotfish, barracuda, soft corals, and large sea fans. With a maximum depth of just 12 meters, it’s an ideal location for a long, exploratory dive or a drift snorkel through one of Raja Ampat’s most unique environments.

DAY 12: MIOSKON ISLAND

Mioskon Island, known locally as the “Sitting Island,” is a small yet stunning gem within Raja Ampat’s Marine National Park. Surrounded by world-class dive sites such as Blue Magic, Mioskon Reef, and Chicken Reef, this area offers some of the richest marine life in the region. The island itself features a charming white sand beach and is home to colonies of fruit bats that can often be seen flying overhead—adding to its unique character.

While jet skis are not permitted due to its protected status, the calm, clear waters make this an ideal spot for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing along the shore. The underwater world here is equally rewarding for divers and snorkelers alike, with a chance to encounter wobbegong sharks, pygmy seahorses, schooling fish, and even manta rays on a lucky day. Mioskon is a peaceful and biologically rich stop that showcases the natural magic of Raja Ampat.

DAY 13: KRI ISLANDS

This island is home to two of the original dive resorts in Raja Ampat, marking the birthplace of land-based diving in the region. Just offshore lies a picturesque islet with an incredibly long white sandbank—an ideal place to visit for a swim, beach walk, or a peaceful snorkel in clear, shallow waters.

Directly in front of the resorts lies Cape Kri, one of the most legendary dive sites in the world. Known as the house reef, it boasts the record for the highest number of fish species ever recorded in a single dive—373 species on one tank. Divers can expect thrilling encounters with schools of batfish, barracuda, sweetlips, groupers, fusiliers, and reef sharks in a thriving and colorful ecosystem.

For non-divers, the long sandbank and coral gardens near the surface make it a beautiful place to snorkel or simply enjoy the natural surroundings from above the water. Cape Kri is a remarkable destination where marine life and natural beauty come together in one unforgettable setting.

DAY 14: AYEMI, EAST OF BATANTA

Ayemi Island is a peaceful and scenic stop, known for its long stretch of powdery white sand and calm, sheltered bay—an ideal setting for a day of fun on the water. The protected conditions make it perfect for all types of watersports, including e-foiling, wakeboarding, paddleboarding, kayaking, and jetskiing. The clear, shallow waters invite you to swim or snorkel straight from the beach, with vibrant coral just below the surface.

For divers, Ayemi offers a gentle yet colorful underwater landscape. The sandy bottom is dotted with soft coral in shades of pink and orange, creating a vibrant contrast in the crystal-clear water. This is a relaxing dive, perfect for photography or simply drifting through one of Raja Ampat’s more tranquil sites. Whether you’re above or below the surface, Ayemi delivers calm, beauty, and plenty of ways to enjoy the moment.

DAY 15: MATAN TO SORONG

Matan is a peaceful little island fringed with a long stretch of soft white sand, perfect for an afternoon of relaxation and water-based fun. The calm bay offers ideal conditions for e-foiling, paddleboarding, kayaking, wakeboarding, jetskiing, swimming, or simply unwinding on the beach. For divers, this is an excellent site for a relaxed check dive, thanks to its shallow, sandy bottom and gentle currents. With a bit of luck, you may even spot a pygmy seahorse nestled among the coral or a lobster hiding in the reef.

Following your time at Matan, we enjoy a short cruise back to Sorong. After breakfast on board, the crew will assist with your seamless transfer to the airport for your onward journey, bringing to a close an unforgettable adventure through the wonders of Raja Ampat.
