Captain Ifan has been at the helm of Lamima since her launch over 10 years ago. With more than two decades of experience commanding some of Southeast Asia’s most iconic yachts, he brings deep expertise and a steady hand to every journey.

A true pioneer in high-end yacht cruising across Indonesia, Ifan captained the country’s first expedition  vessel, charting unexplored dive sites and contributing to the discovery of new marine species across the archipelago.

He leads with calm confidence, combining expert seamanship with a lighthearted sense of humor. Guests are naturally drawn to his warmth, often entertained by his storytelling and playful jokes rooted in Indonesian folklore. He sets a tone of professionalism, ease, and quiet joy on board.

When he’s not at sea, Ifan enjoys hiking in nature and reading — always curious, always learning. With him as your captain, a voyage aboard Lamima is both safe and unforgettable.

Rizky has been part of Lamima’s story from the very beginning, joining just as she was being completed in 2014. One of our longest-standing crew members, he started as a deckhand and steadily rose through the ranks to become Chief Officer — a journey that reflects his dedication, skill, and love for life at sea.

With his signature grin, he introduces himself by saying, “My name is Rizky, but you can call me Whisky!” — a line that guests never forget. Beyond his role on deck, Rizky has a sharp eye for film and photography. Throughout your voyage, he quietly captures the moments that matter — later surprising guests with beautifully edited videos that bring their Indonesia yacht charter memories to life.

Whether he’s helping manage the sails or filming a sunset from the bow, Rizky brings joy and creativity to every part of the journey.

Eka, originally from Bali, brings both heart and elegance to Lamima’s interior. With years of hospitality experience and a natural sense of joy, she leads the stewarding team with energy, precision, and her signature smile. Her spontaneous, bubbly personality adds a special warmth that guests — especially children — instantly connect with.

From flower arrangements to beautifully set tables, Eka has a flair for detail that transforms each moment into something memorable. She also loves exploring Lamima’s ever-changing cruising grounds across Indonesia, and her enthusiasm is as contagious as her laugh.

When she’s not overseeing service, Eka shares her heritage through dance — she’s a skilled Balinese dancer and is always happy to show guests a move or two. Whether managing her team or entertaining little ones on board, she brings a vibrant spirit that makes every charter feel personal and unforgettable.

Agung, our youngest crew member, brings fresh energy, genuine care, and a joyful spirit to every Indonesia yacht charter aboard Lamima. Originally from Bali, he has a natural instinct for anticipating guests’ needs — often delivering what you need before you even ask.

Full of enthusiasm and always ready for a laugh, Agung’s cheerful presence brightens the atmosphere throughout the boat. He’s one of our main singers and a talented Balinese dancer, often sharing his culture through spontaneous performances that light up the evening. Whether he’s setting a table or humming a tune while helping guests, Agung radiates warmth and authenticity.

In his spare time, you’ll find him on the football pitch or practicing kickboxing — always active, always smiling. Agung reminds us that heartfelt service, music, and a sense of fun are what make a journey aboard Lamima truly unforgettable.

Bambang, originally from Java, brings true craftsmanship to Lamima. A skilled marine carpenter by trade, he joined the crew eight years ago and has been an essential part of the yacht’s story ever since. Many of the fine wooden details you’ll see on board were shaped by his own hands — a quiet legacy of his dedication to traditional Indonesian boatbuilding.

In addition to his woodwork, Bambang is known for his precise tender-driving skills, often impressing guests as he smoothly brings them to and from shore. He’s resourceful, calm, and always ready to help — a dependable presence on deck.

On land, Bambang shines just as brightly. He takes pride in setting up beautiful BBQ arrangements on the beach, adding thoughtful details that turn a meal into a celebration. Friendly and down-to-earth, he brings the spirit of Indonesian hospitality to every part of your cultural yacht voyage across Indonesia.

Eriyandi, known as Andi, comes from Ara in Sulawesi — the heart of Indonesia’s boatbuilding tradition. Before joining Lamima, he helped build and refit several phinisi yachts, bringing with him a wealth of hands-on experience and deep respect for traditional craftsmanship.

As a skilled marine carpenter, Andi plays a vital role during Lamima’s maintenance periods. But during charter, his focus shifts entirely to the guests — always attentive, always ready to help. Calm, capable, and quietly present, Andi ensures that every detail on board supports a seamless Indonesia yacht charter experience.

Born and raised between Java and Bali, Yudha brings both passion and precision to Lamima’s galley. With a background as Executive Chef in high-end restaurants and four-star hotels in Bali, and five years as Head Chef aboard SY Silolona, he offers a refined and diverse culinary experience at sea.

Yudha’s skills span Mediterranean flavors, Asian classics, and creative wellness menus tailored to guest preferences. Whether you’re enjoying a vibrant Indonesian feast or a light, health-conscious dish, he ensures every meal on your Indonesia yacht charter is both nourishing and memorable.

Beyond the kitchen, Yudha is a natural entertainer — always smiling, always upbeat. He’s a talented guitarist and singer, and a key member of the “Lamima Band,” bringing music and warmth to evenings on board.

Koko, originally from Bali, has been part of Lamima’s journey since the very beginning in 2014. Trained at the renowned Chytra International massage school, she brings over a decade of experience and intuitive care to every treatment she offers on board.

Her traditional Balinese massage sessions are a highlight for many guests, helping restore balance and ease after a day of adventure. Koko is also a certified yoga instructor and leads gentle sunrise yoga on deck — a peaceful way to start the day surrounded by nature. Guests are always welcome to join her, whether for yoga or one of her calming guided meditation sessions.

With her warm spirit, healing touch, and quiet wisdom, Koko is at the heart of Lamima’s wellness experience — offering a sense of serenity that stays with you long after your luxury sailing charter through Indonesian waters ends.

Voengky, originally from Surabaya, brings technical excellence and steady professionalism to his role as Chief Engineer aboard Lamima. After graduating from the merchant marine, he built a strong foundation in marine engineering before joining Lamima — his first experience aboard a luxury yacht.

He takes great pride in ensuring that every system below deck runs smoothly, supporting the comfort and safety of each Indonesia yacht charter with quiet dedication. Voengky enjoys the variety that life aboard Lamima offers and thrives on the challenges that come with maintaining a traditionally built yet modern sailing yacht.

Off duty, Voengky enjoys singing with the crew and playing football — adding energy and camaraderie to life on board.

Surya comes from Semarang, a vibrant port city in Central Java. With a background working on commercial vessels and dive boats, he brings solid engineering knowledge and a calm, reliable presence to Lamima’s technical team.

As Third Engineer, Surya supports the smooth operation of the yacht’s systems — a vital part of every luxury Indonesia yacht charter. Though often working behind the scenes, his quiet dedication ensures that guests enjoy a seamless and comfortable experience.

Off duty, Surya enjoys playing volleyball and football with the crew — bringing energy and teamwork to both the engine room and the beach.
